Give your company the greatest visibility by showcasing your product or service in the Exhibit Hall, and then maximize your Convention 2013 experience by sponsoring one of the many opportunities available.

The Convention 2013 Sponsorship and Exhibiting Opportunities Prospectus contains all the details including levels of sponsorship and benefits included with each level, advertising and other marketing opportunities, the exhibit floor plan, exhibit terms and conditions, and more.

If you’ve exhibited and sponsored at previous HLAA Conventions, then you know the value of marketing directly to the people who use your products and services – people with hearing loss. Demo Room Presentations
Reserve your 45-minute time slot to promote your product or service by submitting the Demo Room Call for Papers by March 1, 2013. The Demo Room will include the sound system, CART provider and necessary equipment including projector and two projector screens (one for CART, one for presentation).

Exhibit Hours:

  • Thursday, June 27: Noon – 5 p.m. (Exhibit Hall Grand Opening from Noon – 2 p.m.)
  • Friday, June 28: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 29: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Exclusive Exhibit Hall Hours from Noon – 3 p.m.)
