Cancellation Policy The following policy applies to refunds of registration fees:
If a registrant cancels on or before January 15, 2008, they will be refunded the full amount and event tickets less a $50 cancellation fee.
If a registrant cancels between January 16 and March 31, 2008, they will be refunded 75% of their registration fees and event tickets.
If a registrant cancels between April 1 and May 15, 2008, they will be refunded 50% of their registration fees and event tickets.
Cancellations made after May 15, 2008 will not be refunded.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation dates will be determined by USPS post marks or email receipt date.
