How to Register

We offer three simple ways to register for Hearing Loss Association of America Convention 2008:

1.  Online
Online registration is the quickest and easiest way to register. You MUST have a valid credit card in order to register online using our secure registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card please submit your registration with your check via US mail.

• Faxed registrations MUST be received no later than May 18, 2008.
• Faxed registrations MUST include complete credit card information or we     will be unable to complete your registration.

3. US Mail
