Matching Gifts – Double Your Donation
Many employers match contributions made by their employees, retirees and employee spouses to qualifying charitable organizations. Please contact your personnel, human resource or community relations department for a copy of the matching gift form. Complete the form and either return to your company’s designated contact officer or send along with your donation (depending upon your company’s instructions) to HLAA.
The Hearing Loss Association of America will fill in the required verification information and return the signed form to the appropriate company contact.
If you have questions about matching gifts, please contact HLAA’s Development Office at 301.657.2248 or development@hearingloss.org.
