Register for Convention 2013
There’s no time like the present! So don’t delay – register now for Convention 2013.

Two ways to register:

ONLINE – for quick and secure registration, begin by logging into the HLAA Portal (you may create a login on this page if you don’t have one yet). To see the registration rates prior to logging in, open the Registration Form (PDF) below.

Start by clicking on Convention Registration on the left menu and read the instructions. Should you have any questions, please contact Nancy Macklin.

NOTE: On the same page where you will select your registration package, be sure to add on tickets for An Enchanted Evening at the World Forestry Center and RSVP for the Awards Breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
 
The following policy applies to refunds of registration fees: 
Cancellation on/before February 15, 2013: Refund = full amount of registration fees and event tickets less a $50 cancellation fee. 
 
Cancellation between February 16 and March 31, 2013: Refund = 75% of registration fees and event tickets.
 
Cancellation between April 1 and May 31, 2013: Refund = 50% of registration fees and event tickets.
 
No refunds will be made after May 31, 2013.  Cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellation date will be determined by USPS postmark or e-mail receipt date.
